The Target Exclusive Luke Jedi & Rancor has finally started to hit clearance. It’s currently priced at 50% off at my local Target for $24.98. Still a few of these on the shelves and in the stock rooms so hopefully the price will drop again.

UPDATE: As of 1/15/10 most stores have marked down the set to $12.48, which is interesting since it appears Target is ready to reduce the price again since normally their final mark-down prices typically end in 4. Could this make it to $6.24?

Sideshow Collectibles will begin taking pre-orders for the Premium Format Luke Jedi figure on December 10th, 2009.

UPDATE:  Orders are now being taken.  The exclusive version includes an interchangeable hand with a blaster instead of the lightsaber.

I was expecting Target to start clearancing these sets since they’ve been selling them since February (online) – but to my surprise they have raised the price from $39.99 to $49.99. Many of the shelf stickers still indicate the lower prices but when scanned they come up at the higher price.

The Target Exclusive Luke Jedi & Rancor set that was available at Target.com in February is now showing up in stores. Price is $39.99 and the DCPI code is 087-06-2066.

The Target exclusive Ultimate Battle Pack – Battle at the Sarlacc Pit is on clearance for $13.74.

The K-mart exclusive Legends of the Saga 5-pack with the Luke Jedi figure is showing up at TJ Maxx for $12.99.
